Electrabuild recognises that a stable workforce adds value to our business. Of course, this is underpinned by knowledge of our client base, systems and procedures. We want to hold on to our people. It's about fitting what you want and what we need together.
To sustain continued growth we are committed to employing high quality individuals with a wide range of skills and experience. Whether you are a graduate or craft apprentice looking for your first substantive role or an experienced surveyor or contracts manager looking to advance your career we can provide ample challenges and opportunities for development and growth.
Encouragement and support is available to all employees to assist them in fulfilling their full workplace potential. This includes apprenticeships and traineeships; regular personal performance review; and supported development plans, including NVQ accreditation of workplace learning where this is appropriate. These strategies, together with a strong history of internal promotion provide an enviable career path for those who work with us.
